Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or using Solamis, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to interact with our Web3 economy, hold $SOLS, or use the Marketplace.
Accounts, Wallets, & Custody
You are solely responsible for the security of your account, connected wallets, private keys, and login credentials. Solamis is a non-custodial platform; we cannot recover lost seed phrases, stolen tokens, or hijacked accounts. All activity under your wallet is your responsibility.
Game Access & $SOLS Gating
Solamis offers tiered access. While guests can explore freely, earning capabilities and premium features (like guild deployment and housing) require holding specific amounts of the $SOLS token. We reserve the right to alter these threshold requirements at any time.
Virtual Items & Digital Ownership
While blockchain assets give you cryptographic control over items, the art, lore, and 3D models associated with them remain the intellectual property of Solamis. Your ownership of an asset grants you a license to use it within the game's intended mechanics.
The Marketplace & Taxes
Player-to-player trading on the Solamis Marketplace is at your own risk. Solamis acts only as an interface, not a broker. You are entirely responsible for paying any applicable taxes resulting from your trading, earning, or selling of in-game assets and $SOLS.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in cheating, botting, sybil attacks, exploiting smart contract bugs, using unauthorized macros, harassing other players, impersonating staff, or manipulating the marketplace. Any use of unauthorized third-party automation tools is strictly forbidden.
Suspension & Termination
Solamis reserves the right to mute, restrict, freeze, suspend, or permanently ban any account or wallet address that violates these terms. In the event of a ban, you may lose access to your in-game progress and integrated assets.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of your use of Solamis shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Solamis and its creators.
Play fair, respect other players, protect your wallet, and never use unauthorized tools to gain rewards or manipulate the economy.
